The role

We hire for attitude and train for skill, and we don’t turn people away. You run hiring the way our process says, look after the people who work here, and build the talent pool partner shops draw from.

What you'll do

Run hiring: role profiles, posts, interviews, references, offers
Run the talent pool and introductions to partner shops
Set up apprenticeships and training grants
Onboarding, reviews, policies
Answer every applicant

What you bring

Experience recruiting, ideally for trades or manufacturing
Structured interviewing
BC employment law basics
Warm and direct
