Turning work away? Get paid for it.
When your shop is full, a client you turn away goes to someone else. Send them to us instead: we quote it, make it, and pay you 5% of what they pay us for a year.
The deal
Plain and simple
- What you get5% of what that client pays us for their first 12 months, before tax and shipping. Paid monthly.
- How to introduceSend your referral link, or use Introduce a client in your dashboard: the company, a contact, what they need. We check they're new to Lightmatter and confirm the introduction.
- When you're paidAfter the client's payment clears and the 30 day return window passes. A refund within 90 days comes off your next payout.
- TaxAdd your GST number if you charge GST. Over $500 a year, we send you a T4A, so we ask for a SIN or business number when you set up payouts.
- How the money movese-Transfer or EFT to your business account.
Questions
What shops ask
- Can I take the client back?Yes, any time. Your share continues on whatever they order from us during the 12 months.
- Do they know?Only if you tell them. We say they were referred by a partner shop.
- What if they're already a customer?Then it isn't a new introduction, and we'll tell you when we check.
